Selected for the 9th Cohort of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's APT Women Program

APT Women Program is a growth initiative for female entrepreneurs

      · Management Information

We are pleased to announce that WACHA has been selected for the 9th cohort of the APT Women program, a growth initiative for women-led ventures in Tokyo. APT Women provides comprehensive support for female entrepreneurs over several months. Below is an excerpt introducing WACHA:

"WACHA" aims to modernize and promote the traditional Japanese tea ceremony, integrating elements of "healing," "health," and "excitement" to preserve and spread tea culture. We offer products like the "3-Color Matcha," which combines herbs and traditional Chinese medicine, tailored to suit modern lifestyles, body types, and individual needs. Our "Matcha Therapy" experience and the casual tea ceremony set "Matcha BOX" allow anyone to enjoy the tea ceremony in their daily lives, promoting both cultural appreciation and preventative health.

Additionally, we are developing an online platform where users can learn about tea ceremony and Japanese culture in a virtual space. This initiative aims to provide relaxation and mindfulness to busy individuals while spreading the charm of tea culture both domestically and internationally.
